I’m Luke 👋, and I’ve spent the past 6 years diving deep into the wild, wonderful world of self-inquiry.You know that amazing feeling of embracing all your sides—the good, the messy, the quirky? That´s where self inquiry comes in, and sometimes if you´re lucky you might experience that you can be be with no sides at all!Now, some might call me a "quack" because my approach to suffering isn’t about having the right answers—it’s a gentle observing, questioning and experiencing of what’s actually here, without needing to know how it will all unfold.
